Project Objectives

The main objectives of the BRAC Education Programme are to provide quality education to marginalized groups, especially girls and out-of-school children, and to improve access to education across different levels. Other key goals include empowering adolescents, promoting post-primary and continuing education, and fostering lifelong learning to support poverty alleviation and overall community development.

Expected Outcomes

The BRAC education programme has successfully graduated millions of children, improved learning outcomes with high exam pass rates, facilitated the transition of students into formal schooling, and provided crucial support to marginalized groups like girls, ethnic minorities, and children with disabilities. The programme's impact also includes equipping children with foundational literacy and numeracy, fostering critical thinking and soft skills through child-friendly methods, and creating a path for lifelong learning through scholarships and alternative learning programs
