Gander Justice and Diversity (GJD)

Project Objectives

The objective of BRAC's Gender Justice & Diversity Programme is to create an equitable society by eliminating gender injustice, empowering women, transforming sociocultural norms, and promoting gender equality through its programs, organizational culture, and policy influence. The program works at organizational, community, and national levels to foster a gender-sensitive environment, build capacity, influence policy, and ensure everyone can realize their full potential regardless of gender

Expected Outcomes

Ensuring the implementation of BRAC’s Gender Policy and Gender Strategy in approximately 3,000 branch offices all over Bangladesh, to build and maintain a gender-responsive infrastructure and gender-equal work culture
